Single-use plastic is now so much a part of daily life that it goes unquestioned. If people stopped and thought about bottles that are used once but remain on the earth in some form or other, forever, would they still buy them? If all the bottles, cutlery, packaging and cups one family can get through in a year, were dumped in their front garden, would it make them stop and think about the natural world which in effect has this done to it?

Plastics do not go away and now many are ending up on our plates as they become part of our food chains.

Take the plastic challenge and rid your life of unnecessary single-use plastic.
